I have a Non O Immigrant visa and wish to travel to Singapore for a wedding. Do I only need a re-entry visa or will I also need the Thailand Pass ?

Whens the wedding ?

You have to apply for VTL from Singapore but only after December 14th i think.

You also need to buy insurance but its is only

Yes you need to buy a reentry permit before you leave.

Yes, when you return you'll need to also apply for Thailand pass.
