After obtaining my COE do I need to email a copy of my negitive Covid test 72-hours before flight, or just present the negitive test to the airline?

TLDR : Answer Summary

After obtaining your Certificate of Entry (COE), you do not need to email a copy of your negative Covid-19 test. You should just present the negative test result to the airline when boarding and again to immigration upon arrival in Thailand. It's advisable to bring printed copies of all necessary documents, including the negative test.
