TLDR : Answer Summary
The user inquires about extending their Non-O visa for 2 months at Changwattana, asking if any new COVID-19 requirements apply and expressing concerns about their landlord's delay in submitting the TM60 form. Community responses suggest that if the extension is not COVID-19 related, no new paperwork is needed. However, the TM30, related to the domestic registration of a foreigner, may be necessary to complete before applying for the visa extension. It's advised to file the TM30 as soon as possible and provide the lease for the extension application.

okay, lets dial the paranoia back a bit, you're IN the country and just applying for a 60 day extension. You're fine..

The TM30 might be asked for or it might NOT, BUT if I was a betting man you're gonna need to file one BEFORE they give you the extension. Nothing you can do about it now,

IF you need the TM30 receipt to get the extension; make sure you have your lease, etc. File the Tm30 and take the 800 baht failure to file penalty and go apply for the 60 day extension.

I don't have a lease right now, not until the 1st of April when I move. I was supposed to be registered at my ex wife's but it got messed up. It's EXTREMELY complicated beyond that only to say I need to turn up and extend on the 25th March. Or should I go a week over and wait until I've got the tm30 from receipt from the new landlord?

>Do I need anything new re: COVID-19?

Are you going to try to apply for an extension of stay based on the COVID-19? If not, then you don't need anything new.

>Also my landlord hasn't even done my tm60

What's the TM60? Is tha the TM30?
