TLDR : Answer Summary
The user inquired about obtaining a 60-day COVID visa extension at the Changwattana immigration office after their Non-O retirement visa expired. A comment indicated that they should be able to get this extension due to COVID-19 travel restrictions, but they must apply when 3 business days or less remain on their current stamp. Necessary documents include passport copies, visa stamps, a TM30 form (possibly not required), a letter from the embassy, two passport pictures, and a fee of 1,900 THB.
