TLDR : Answer Summary
Upon arriving in Hua Hin with an OA visa, you need to ensure you have your private health insurance documents and your visa approval form ready, as that is required for entry. After arrival, your Thai spouse must file a TM30 report with immigration, which is necessary for non-Thai residents. Additionally, if you plan to extend your OA visa later, it's recommended to open a Thai bank account and deposit the required amount as per the rules.

I already have my OA visa and my Thai wife already bought a house. She needs to file a TM30? And I need to open a bank account. But I don’t know if there is anything else we need to do

not as long as you're on an OA visa and have the required insurance. Just the TM30. If you're planning to extend that visa eventually you'll need a bank account in advance

Are you married?

Do you have 800 000B in a Thai bank account?

Rhese are the two qualifying questions, her house purchase means nothing for visa-purposes

he doesn't need to have that money now inside the bank. But 2 months prior an extension of stay.
