TLDR : Answer Summary
Upon arrival in Thailand with an O-A visa, you will need to ensure compliance with specific immigration requirements. First, when you transition from your hotel to a rented apartment, you must submit a TM.30 form to the immigration office within 24 hours of signing your lease. Additionally, your first 90-day reporting is due 89 days after your arrival date, which is essential to maintain your legal status in the country. The hotel will report your stay during your initial accommodation, but you, or your landlord, will be responsible for reporting your new address once you move.

Thanks you both. Please close before people try and confused me. Also many thanks for the Web site and your knowledge. It made my application easy. 3 days return about from London embassy.
Nothing. You get stamped in for 1 year, please check the stamp before leaving, mistakes do happen. The hotel will report you stay at Immigration. Once you move to the apartment the house owner or you report your new address with Immigration. Day of arrival is day one and on day number 90 you visit Immigration to report that you are 90 days inside Thailand.
once you move out of hotels and actually rent a place go to the immigration office and file a TM.30 form. Do that within 24 hours of you signing the lease. Take your passport and your lease and you should be able to file that form.
Also remember your FIRST 90 day report is due 89 days after the date you entered the country.
