Hi I got a question 

M’y husband just came back from USA and he’s holding valid OA visa. Does he have to fill out a form at the immigration center ? We are living in Samutprakarn, can we go to Samutprakarn immigration or in Nonthaburi only?

You need to fill in a TM.30 and if you are living in Samut Prakan, you will use Samut Prakan immigration.

You go to the immigration office where you live to file the TM30 (notification of foreigner in residence) form SO if you're living in Samut Prakan you go to that office
