TLDR : Answer Summary
Upon arriving in Thailand on an OA visa, you are required to report your stay (TM30) within one business day. This is a legal obligation, and it is important to comply with this requirement promptly, even before the 90-day mark.

Legally, a TM30 must be filed no later then one business day after you arrive at a location.
