Question regarding 90 day report. Are you required to provide updated letter of soft power activity, or proof you are continuing to attend classes? I haven’t attended in some time and have my first 90 day report coming up . What questions are asked regarding this ?

No, but you will be asked to perform some basic Muay Thai kicks and blocking drills. Depending on what office you go to they’ll have a bag in car park around the back. Takes about 5 minutes or so, be sure to turn up in full Muay Thai clothes etc

All you need for the 90-day report is to ensure tm30 has been filed in the jurisdiction covered by your immigration office and bring your passport. You have 14 days before and 7 days after to report.

There is no 90 day extension. There’s a 90 day report where you are basically reporting to immigration that you are currently residing at a certain address.
If you actually extend at immigration it is for a further 180 days and may only be done once per entry and you will be required to provide up to date documentation for things like your bank balance and proof of ongoing soft power activities.
