Does anyone know the requirements at immigration for a spouse following on retirement Visa at the initial 3 month extension period? Are there any other documents required other than what was submitted in the US to obtain the follow-on Visa?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The requirements for a spouse applying for a follow-on visa during the initial 3-month extension period from a retirement visa vary by immigration office. It is advised to check with the local immigration office for specific requirements as they may differ. Additionally, historically, a Non-Immigrant O visa for a dependent had to be applied for outside Thailand, possibly at a Thai consulate or embassy. Important documents may include an authenticated marriage certificate from the spouse's home country.

#20 gives you the basics but best to visit your immigration office and ask them. You may need to get your marriage certificate authenticated which is done in your home country
Two years ago Non-immigrant O visa dependent on Non-O retirement needs to be applied from Thai consulate or embassy outside Thailand. Don't know the situation now. You can check at your immigration office.
