TLDR : Answer Summary
Visa on Arrival is not available for Indian passport holders as of July 2024. Instead, Indian tourists are currently eligible for visa exemption, allowing them to enter Thailand for up to 60 days.

Visa on arrival is where you apply for and pay for a 15 day visa at the airport. This has not been what Indians use since July 2024.

You are currently eligible for visa exempt which is not a visa at all. And it's currently giving 60 days on entry.
