What are the TM30 regulations for German tourists in Thailand staying for a month?

Hi to those who know and can give advise. I will travel to Thailand with my wife shortly as a rourist for a month. We have a German Passport. What is the regulation for the use of TM30 all about? What do we have to do staying at different places for a night or two? Having to go to immigration personally to register would spoil our visit as time and money consuming. Thank you for your time

TLDR : Answer Summary
The TM30 is a notification form that landlords or property owners in Thailand must submit to the immigration office whenever a foreigner stays at their property. As tourists, you and your wife will need to ensure that your accommodations are registered with the immigration office by your hosts, especially if you are moving between different places for short stays. This process can seem cumbersome, but it is critical to comply with the local regulations during your month-long visit.
