TLDR : Answer Summary
To apply for a Non-Immigrant B visa at the Thai Embassy in Kuala Lumpur, first visit the embassy's official website to find specific visa requirements based on your nationality. Prepare your application form and required documents using their checklist, and make sure to book an appointment for submission and collection of the visa. Proper organization and completeness of your file are crucial to avoid delays or denial.

The kl embassy is fine. The staff are all good and not unhelpful, but, if your paperwork isn't in order then you don't get the visa. The link Robert poster is clear and has a check list. You need the check list. Remember to book an appointment to submit and one to collect.

I went there 3 times, if you have a neat file, no problems. I have seen someone with an incomplete file and a loud mouth thrown out, though.
