Hello. I was on a non-immigrant O visa which expired May 1, 2020 and I am now on amnesty. I am in the middle of getting bone grafts/dental implants and have a letter from my Dentist. Can you advise on the next step for applying for a 3 month medical visa? Thank you.

Talk to your dentist or their staff about writing you a letter explaining that you can not leave Thailand during your treatment. You'll give that letter to the local immigration office, and 1,900 THB.
