TLDR : Answer Summary
To obtain a NON-O visa for marriage in Thailand and stay for six months, follow these steps: Upon entry, you receive a 90-day entry stamp. You must file a TM30 registration at Immigration either in-person or online within a specified time frame. For financial requirements, open a Thai bank account using your residence certificate and deposit at least 400,000 THB, maintaining this amount for two months. Then, apply for a 12-month Extension of Stay at Immigration (costing approximately 1,900 THB). Remember to report your stay every 90 days thereafter, and if you plan to leave Thailand during your stay, secure a re-entry permit to maintain your visa status.

Get your Non-O marriage Visa and arrive in Thailand with a 90 day entry stamp and file a TM30 at Immigration (or online). Get a residence certificate from Immigration and use it to open a Thai bank account in your name and do an international transfer of at least 400k within the first couple of weeks. Season the money for 2 months, get the necessary documents from your bank then apply for your first Extension of Stay at Immigration (1900B for 12 months). If you stay 90 days or more on this Extension start doing 90 day reports. You need a re-entry permit (1000B from Immigration or at the airport while departing) to keep your 12 month stamp for your return to Thailand next time.

This visa gives you 90 days on arrival, some offices started to stop the 60 days extension based on being married to Thai. But with this visa you can apply 1 year extension. Where? Immigration and yes you have to report your 90 days.
