Can I extend my Non Imm O visa based on my Thai spouse if my wife is pregnant?
Hi guys! I’m am here on a Non Imm O visa based on marriage with a thai spouse. Is there a way i can extend my visa for long term if my wife’s pregnant? Thanks in advance!

There are only 2 extensions you can get if you have a non-O visa based on Thai spouse.
1) 60 day visiting Thai family extension (only one time)
2) 1-year extension based on Thai spouse
You must meet all requirements including showing 400,000 baht in your Thai bank account or proof of 40,000 in monthly income from your embassy or a job in Thailand.
