TLDR : Answer Summary
The 90-day report can stay in 'pending' status for several days after submission, with users reporting pending times ranging from 5 to 6 days before receiving a rejection. Some individuals noted that they had to resubmit their applications or visit the immigration office in person after delays or rejections from online submissions.

I waited for around 5-6 days and got rejected, ended up going there in person.
make sure you're getting the address exactly right, building name, house number, moo (neighborhood number) Soi number, Street name, sub district, district province.
if you're using the website there's a search and it fills in the spaces for you
Why would it be denied are you within 14 days of your due date and not past it?

and did you use the new online site where you log in? the one where they email you a confirmation and a PDF that you filed a 90 day report?
If so it can be pending for a fair few days. I had one pend for almost 5 days before they rejected it ๐ฎ then re-applied and they approved it in a day
