Good afternoon all. I just realize I’m am late on my 90 day report. I was supposed to submit by July 9. How many days over that date would I have to do it without being fined?

TLDR : Answer Summary
A user inquired about the consequences of being late on the 90-day report submission for foreigners in Thailand, specifically asking how many days past the due date one could submit without incurring a fine. Comments clarified that there is a fixed fine of 2000 baht regardless of whether one is 8 days or 8 months late, as long as the report is submitted before the next visa extension.

you are far from the first foreigner who forgot to do a 90 day report within the 21 day window you have to file one in person. 😕

The upside is there's no need to race right over to the immigration office because the fine is a fixed 2000baht and that's whether you're 8 days late or 8 months late. As long as you get it sorted out BEFORE your next extension is due you will be fine.

James Miller Thank you. Well it’s 9 days after. Should I just do it online and see what happens? I hope I do not have to travel to the immigration office. Far away.

no. You can't do on line after the date and as you're 2 days late you'll pay a fine of 2000.

I forgot to say, it's not 1000 a day. Just a fixed 2000. Happened to me too ☺️
