TLDR : Answer Summary
The online reporting window for the 90-day report is from 15 days before your due date until 7 days before the due date. If done in person, the reporting window is from 15 days before to 7 days after. One user shared their experience of filing a late report online, which was later approved after a phone inquiry.

I forgot about my report and did it on the Friday when it was due on the Monday. It came back as they all do, Pending. On the Monday it was still showing pending, as it was Tuesday morning. Tuesday I phoned the immigration office, and asked about it. The officer said let me check the computer, he came back in about 3 minutes and said okay you've reported. A little while later I got an e-mail with the new form and new reporting date. This was the Kalasin Office.

Unfortunately, the reporting window for a 90-day report is from 15 days before until 7 days BEFORE for online.

"Until 7 days after" is for reporting in person at the local immigration office.

You can try online first now before you go if you want.

It's from 2 weeks before until 1 week BEFORE the due date.

I would suggest that you don’t lose anything by submitting online but be prepared to do it in person if unsuccessful. It doesn’t matter what anyone’s opinion is as the decision is made by the IO.

See my post, but I suggest you phone them on the 23rd if you haven't heard from them.
