Good evening..54 US citizen..trying to apply for OA visa....1. Health certificate...anyone besides me have difficulty in the US getting someone to sign off of Leprosy and Elephantitus? If not, where is the best place for this? 2. Will the FBI criminal check online suffice for the Thai requirements? Thanks in advance.

TLDR : Answer Summary
A US citizen is inquiring about the OA visa application process, specifically the challenges of obtaining a health certificate that certifies no leprosy or elephantitis. They ask for recommendations on where to get this certification in the US as well as whether an FBI criminal check obtained online is acceptable for Thai immigration.

FBI should be fine.

For health certificate, contact MedConsult, Bangkok Medical Clinic and Dr. Donna will do a video call with you and provide your clearance.

yep. Most primary care doctors just ask if you have the conditions and say "I don't see any elephantitis" and sign it. But American doctors are scared to put their name on anything.

I have been turned down by two doctors now..another one today said he was not comfortable signing it...bro if I had either one of those things you'd know it...frustrating..the medical system here in the US is a clown show

At least in my country (and also the thai immigration page) clearly states that: "A medical certificate issued from the country where the application is submitted".
