Ok here I go!

Thinking of applying for Non Immigration O-A retirement visa.

I have downloaded requirements from a Royal Thai Condulate General Los Angeles.

One requirement:

Called FBI. No help. Called a place that does fingerprints. No help?

Any body know how to do this?

Either you visit your state police department and get a character/police clearance from them or you visit the local magistrates office, if you have one in US, they should issue a criminal record certificate for you.
