TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is inquiring about the appropriate visa for living in Thailand while his wife operates her aunt's bar. Community advice suggests applying for a Non-O visa based on marriage, and one commenter recommends initially getting a 90-day single entry Non-O visa followed by a year extension based on marriage. It was also noted that the lease agreement for the bar is not relevant to the visa application process.

@Norman ******
, get a 90 day single entry Non-O visa based on marriage to a thai from the UK before you wing your way here, then get the 400K baht financials sorted out here and get a year extension based on marriage from the immigration office when you have 30 days or less left on that 90 day entry stamp from the Non-O visa. That would be the easiest thing for you to do.

The rest of your plans are just that, plans that may or may not work out BUT seeing as you've been married for 5 years a Non-O and then an extension based on marriage seen to be a pretty safe bet

The lease is irrelevant to the visa advice. Don't mention it or bring it up to the immigration officer.

Just stay with marriage visa, and dont start pouring pints or giving back change to customers.

> for which I will be the lease holder

I don't think that matters too much for visa purposes.

Will you be working at the bar? If yes, then you'll need to get a Non-B baed on employment. Otherwise, get a Non-O based on marriage.
