Hi everyone,

Ive been married with my Thai wife 3 yrs. Im a uk citizen and will be applying for non imm 0 visa in UK, and hoping to turn that into a marriage visa in Thailand.

Has anyone made this visa recently and know exactly what is required?

What will i need to show for non imm 0 visa in Uk ?

I have photocopy of wifes id card and house book , passport , plus marriage certificate.

Should that be suffice?

Would that information and the 400k b also entitle me to get the marriage visa in Thailand?

Thanks for any help or advice.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is a UK citizen married to a Thai national and seeks advice on obtaining a Non-Immigrant O Visa in the UK to eventually convert it into a marriage visa in Thailand. They plan to submit essential documents like their wife's ID card, house book, passport, and marriage certificate, and inquire if this will suffice for the visa application, as well as whether the financial requirement (400,000 baht) would support their transition to a marriage visa in Thailand.
