Hi, I think it was a question before but I need some help. 😄 If you just started an online business but you dont have any income yet can you still apply for DTV Visa. Is there any chance to get it? Im a sole proprietor in my country (not like a company) and i just started a business, i dont have any income yet, but i have around 40k € on my bank account and can put more if needed.

TLDR : Answer Summary
A user is inquiring about the possibility of applying for a DTV Visa in Thailand despite having no income from their newly started online business, but holding a substantial amount of savings (€40,000). Comments suggest that demonstrating some form of income or a tax return may be necessary to meet the visa requirements, emphasizing the Thai government's concern over individuals potentially engaging in illegal work without stable income.
This makes little sense. Either wait until you can meet the visa requirements for remote work or apply for a soft power DTV now. Thai government is not judging the argument you make for your business potential, they're judging if you meet the requirements or not. You'd be telling them you are high risk for EXACTLY what it is their job to prevent: ILLEGAL WORK IN THAILAND! Someone without a steady income is likely to fall to the temptation of doing work in thailand. #1 thing they want to STOP from happening
