Hello everyone. Can I apply for a dtv visa even if I don't have a regular source of income? I have more money in the bank than what is requested (500k) is it enough?

When I applied as a remote worker they did look at income coming into my bank account. I think it was for two purposes 1) confirm the remote work is real 2) make sure have money to live on

But the bigger focus was on the bank balance and other paperwork showing my company approval to work remotely and the company registration documents

There is no minimum income requirement, it is essential to have the 500K. Many applicants with irregular income have been accepted. The DTV is for freelancers, remote workers, self-employed etc. where Irregular income is the norm.

My understanding is that money in the bank is enough. No income required as long as you meet the other criteria.
