What are the requirements for applying for a Digital Nomad Visa (DTV) in Thailand with an overseas job?

I want to apply for DTV as l have a genuine work from anywhere job in Australia with an Australian employer and want to spend much more time in LOS. I go to Thailand to be with my Thai girlfriend and live in her home.

I have the required funds for the DTV in one bank account, but l do not transact from it as my pay goes to a different account.

Can any recent applicant advise as to whether in Oz they ask for proof of pay going into your account, or is the statement from my account with the required money parked in it all they need? I've got a letter from my employer, an employment contract from them stating I can work anywhere and have no problem with required money in the bank.

TIA

TLDR : Answer Summary
An applicant for a DTV visa seeking to stay in Thailand for an extended period while working remotely from Australia is inquiring about the requirements for proof of funds in their bank account. They have sufficient funds in a separate account and are concerned whether they need to show pay deposits or if the balance alone suffices. Responses from the community indicate variability depending on the Thai embassy's regulations; generally, proof of the required balance is necessary, with some embassies possibly requiring recent transactions and substantial documentation like tax returns. However, others confirm that a statement showing the necessary funds can be adequate.

I applied from Melbourne and got it,

You can show any bank balance of the proof of funds and doesnt have to be same account as your income deposits.

Depends on the embassy. Thai embassy in India for example require that whatever account statement you show needs to be active and there needs to have been at least 1 financial transaction in the last 7 days from the date you submit your visa application. Embassy in Malasiya and Jakarta suggest that you mark/highlight the salary/invoice payments in the bank statement for smoother processing.

Still need to show 500k baht equivalent in account and they will probably want your full latest tax return

Just having the amount should be fine.
