I would like to stay in Thailand for 2-3 months (may be some more). I have thai marriage certificate (+children birth certificate) and thinking to apply for 3 months NON-O visa to avoid TR visa because at the present time it’s a bit complicated to get it in Russia (its almost impossible to catch free slot in visa center to apply for TR visa, its necessary to provide paid accommodation for 3 months, return ticket etc..). So if someone have an experience in such kind of case I would be happy to get your advice.

also keep in mind entering the country on a russian passport gets you a 30 day visa waiver entry which cannot be extended by 30 days like people from countries who get visa exempt entries can

and do not count on COVID extensions being extended continuously.

Your best option is to obtain the Non O as married to Thai BEFORE you trek to Thailand.

, In case I get 3 months single entry visa and after 3 months leave the country, can I apply same type of visa again same year? Or there are any restrictions with that?

how long do you plan to stay in Thailand? If only three months...will you return again soon? Making multiple entries a year into Thailand?

, yes thank you, I know about 30 days and sandbox. My main concern is the procedure (minimum list of docs) which I need to provide to the embassy because consular website gives different instructions, f.e. do I need provide spouse's id copy signed by spouse or just a copy will be enough (apply in Moscow). Or is it necessary to provide 400K deposit for 3 months period visa?

List of countries eligible for Test N Go one night stay plan.

And as Russia is not on the approved country list for the Test N Go one night stay plan...

If you are fully vaccinated you can enter a sandbox plan with requires 7 nights in designated area such as Phuket, Bangkok, Pattaya among others.

If you hold a Russian passport you are entitled to 30 days stamp into Thailand.on arrival under reciprocal agreement Russia/Thailand.
