Hello everyone，

My husband is a thai national but are not living in Thai at the moment. May i seek your kind help to clarify the requirements of spouse visa ? (The checklist was download from IO website, hope it is correct): 

1. Pt6.2 & 6.3 - overseas marriage require letter from embassy or consulate and legalization division, is that mean we need to get their verification doc supporting? 

2. Pt8 - as he is not in Thai now,  is employment and monthly income proof of my husband in Thailand a must item for spouse visa application?

an Overseas marriage certificate has to be legalized by the Thai Embassy in the country where the certificate is issued.

As foreing woman married to a Thai man there is no financial requirement.

BUT he needs to be present when you apply, so being abroad is not an option.

You apply for the visa, not your husband. There are no requirements for him as a Thai National.

THANKS. My husband will go to Thailand together. Just wanna clarify do he need to have a monthly salary and employment for spouse visa application as listed in the form.
