Hey, guys. Look here and thank you for answering my questions which is very rare.

I have condominium in BKK, and my tenant is also foreigner. He rent my condominium in this September from another condo which is not mine in BKK.

How about his 90 days notifications? Needs anything else except for the leasing contract with passort copy of mine?
