TLDR : Answer Summary
To apply for the ED Visa in Singapore, you can do so online through a specific embassy link where you'll be notified of your application's approval status. Additionally, you must show proof of hours you will study and maintain a bank balance of S$5000.

You apply online at this link and they tell you if your application is approved or not before you go

The good thing is you can scan all your documents, submit it to the thai consulate in singapore and they'll tell you before you even fly down there if you're approved or denied.

I know about Paris, they want a minimum of 25 hours a week.

Thank you for the feedback

my (private as well) language school advised me before my application that Singapore has rejected applicants before. As well as Paris and LA.

Thank you! My concern is this part "Non-Immigrant Visa-ED may be granted to applicants who wish to pursue their full-time education, internship or any other educational programme in Thailand.", let's see if the normal Thai program for private language schools (8 hours / week) is enough

Singapore requires that you show how many hours you're going to be studying, AND that you have a bank balance of S$5000 as well.
