Ok. So I’m here on my 1 year non-o retirement visa, which will expire in a few months, two documents that I see are “required” are criminal record and $3 million insurance policy. Are these actually required for a renewal. I know last year when I converted my tourist visa to a retirement visa here in country, I didn’t have to have them. I know all my terminology may not be correct, but you what I mean about what is required for renewal. Thanks in advance
TLDR : Answer Summary
The renewal requirements for a Non-O retirement visa in Thailand do not include a criminal record check or a $3 million insurance policy. These documents may be necessary for the Non-OA visa, which has different requirements. It's advisable for visa holders to visit their local immigration office to obtain the specific list of requirements for their renewal.
