TLDR : Answer Summary
If you hold a marriage visa in Thailand and plan to travel to Singapore, you will need to obtain a re-entry permit before you leave. This permit is necessary to maintain your visa status while you are away. You can apply for the re-entry permit at your local Thai immigration office, and the fee is typically around 1,000 Baht. Make sure to secure this permit to avoid complications with your visa upon returning to Thailand.

When you say 'on marriage visa' I assume you are on a one year extension based on marriage?, if so why does your current 'extension of stay permitted to' expire?
Richard *******
Then all you need is a re-entry permit.
