Does your current permission to stay stamp show a ONE YEAR ending DATE from when your extension was last granted?

Until the date mentioned on the Visa as valid until or enter before. After that date the visa is not valid anymore and a new visa is needed.

If the person use an Extension of Stay based on marriage with a re-entry permit, you have to use this before the valid until date, otherwise a new visa is needed.

I do not know if there is a website who is going to explain that a person does not have to be inside Thailand if a person purchased a visa.

See it like buying a box of milk, you can buy it but nobody force you to drink it.
