Do you still have time to apply for an Extension of Stay, as you applied last September, there are just 2 options. Or you visited Laos for a few weeks or your Admitted until date is very close till the date of today.

If your half thai son is the reason you're applying for an extension they HAVE to show up as well.

are you applying for a year extension OR just the 60 days "visit family" extension?

Did you already visit and ask the latest hand out with requirements to apply for this Extension of Stay?
