1.) DTV E–Visa Applicants Need to Apply in their Country of Citizenship or be a Permanent Resident (PR) in their current country
2.) DTV E–Visa Applicants Need to Submit a Police Clearance Certificate or No Criminal Record Certification and an English Translation (if not already in English) of the Certification

This visa should be outlawed. It's allowed masses of criminals to enter thailand. Only now they're asking for criminal record checks - horse left the stable and all that

I just got endorsed for the LTRWP visa, is it better to get the evisa in my country or go to Thailand to get my passport stamped. I don't have a ticket yet and have 60 days to get the visa. Any advice would be appreciated.
