TLDR : Answer Summary
Upon entering Thailand with a DTV5 visa, it seems that not all travelers are asked for supporting documents like bank statements, income proof, or residence information. Many users shared their experiences, indicating that typically only the passport and a printed copy of the DTV approval email are necessary. However, it's advised to keep supporting documents on hand just in case, as some immigration officers may request additional information. Always ensure your visa details are correct and check for a 180-day stamp upon entry.
Hey brov congrats first off. I have a quick question. I'm looking for soft power courses myself so that I can complete my DTV process. Do you mind sharing the name of the gym so that I can apply as well please?
You have the visa approved when you pass immagration you just need a copy in your phone or hard copy of visa and TDAC completed. Make sure you check your stamp is 6 months. Immagration have your information on the system they know you have DTV. Just chill
You may have to show PROOF of your DTV Visa to airline staff on check-in for your flight βοΈ to Thailand...even to the connecting airline staff. Or to the land border crossing entry Thai Immigration Officer.
Upon arrival into Thailand, show the DTV visa to the Thai Immigration Officer and look at the STAMP placed in your passport to be sure you are STAMPED in for 180 days.
My first entry on dtv , did ask for my tdca , also my visa print out. Not all immigration officers ask for arrival paper. Just remain polite at all times , it helps .
