Hello All,
I have a couple of questions regarding a Non O Visa for Guardianship of a Thai Minor (My Son).
1) Is there anyway to get a 1 year Multiple Entry right away or must it be a 90 day single entry 1st and then later upgraded to a 1 year Multiple?
2) If I do an E Visa application for this does the visa start from the day it's granted to you or the day you enter Thailand with it?
3) Does anyone know what documents are required for number 5 in the picture below?
Thanks in advance!
TLDR : Answer Summary
The post discusses the process of obtaining a Non-O Visa for guardianship over a Thai minor, specifically addressing whether a one-year multiple entry visa can be obtained immediately or if a 90-day single-entry visa is required first. It also inquires about the validity start date of the visa and the necessary documents for application. Key responses indicate that a one-year multiple entry visa cannot be obtained directly online, requiring applicants to visit specific Thai consulates. Additionally, the visa's validity begins from issuance, and for documentation, a letter confirming parental guardianship is necessary.
