There seem to be a lot of recent posts asking about in-country Non-O applications and the prices agents are charging for yearly extensions.

As a reminder, here are our current full-service options if you're looking to use an agency.

We always recommend applying for your Non-O visa before arriving in Thailand whenever possible. This makes it much easier to open your initial bank account and can significantly reduce your overall costs.

Once your Non-O is already in place, you can use our service for your yearly extension for just ฿14,000, saving yourself ฿31,000.

Alternatively, if you don't need any assistance, you can simply apply for the yearly extension yourself for the official fee of just ฿1,900.

__

Our August promotional offer for first-time retirement visa applicants who are already in Thailand on a tourist visa or visa-exempt entry.

Pricing depends on how quickly you would like the process completed:

■ ฿45,000 if you can wait approximately 2 to 3 weeks

■ ฿50,000 if you need it completed within a few days

■ ฿55,000 for same-day completion, approximately 6 to 7 hours

The package includes:

■ 3-month Non-O visa

■ 12-month retirement extension

■ Bank account opening assistance

We have also extended our special ฿14,000 annual retirement renewal price. This includes our door-to-door service at no additional cost.

Additional prices:

■ Multiple Entry (unlimited) - ฿4,000

■ Single Re-entry Permit - ฿1,200

■ 90-day reporting - ฿375ea (1500 4x)

I am entering Thailand having obtained my none O in UK. If I use your regular service to open a bank account and get the 12 months extension would I then be able to leave Thailand after a month, would my entry date and my yearly extension date not raise flags with the immigration officer when I’m leaving Thailand?

Do you have an office in Phuket ?

We do not, but we have serviced thousands of clients in Phuket.

One thing to note is that if you need assistance with opening a Thai bank account, you will need to travel to Bangkok. Otherwise, most of our services can be completed remotely via secure post.

OP
@Steve *****
You will need to open your thai account on your own with your non-o.

Once that is done we only charge 14,000 thb for your yearly extension. If you are in bangkok we can do door to door document collection and drop off, or you can come to our offices, or can use our services via secure domestic post.

How much for DTV please and how long to arrange?

Can we apply in advance of arrival for this ?
THAI ******************************
THAI ******************************
OP
@Clive *******
We do assist with DTV applications. However, please note that you must already have proof of at least 500,000 THB in funds, typically held for 3 to 5 months depending on the country where you are applying.

The DTV must be applied for before you arrive in Thailand, as it cannot be approved while you are already in the country.

If you already meet all of the requirements, we usually recommend applying yourself through the official Thai e-Visa website:

****************************

If you need assistance meeting the Soft Power requirements, we can help arrange a qualifying activity and assist with the application and submission process.

We can also handle the full submission on your behalf in other situations. However, if you already have all of the required documents and meet the eligibility requirements, applying yourself may be the more cost-effective option.

If you would simply prefer to have an experienced and trusted team manage the application for you, we would be happy to assist.

I believe that using agencies in this way is not a safe route, but

Agencies can be tremendously helpful in sorting out existing technical and language problems of foreign retirees, but always go through the official routes for a stress free stay

THAI VISA CENTRE does it all. Sure, some money is involved.

For me, going to the Immigration (Samut Prakan) several times, is not worth the savings.

We have had tens of thousands of retirement clients over the last 20 years.

They have not had any issues that we are aware of.

This group is for DIY advice, but there are situations where individuals may want full service.

Robert Harrington No fake services, no fake visas. Thai Visa Centre got my 1 year extension, passport stamp, multi entry, came into Thai 3 times over last year, no problems, no questions by Imm officers. Sitting in my home in Bangkok right now.

OP
@Robert ***********
Please do not spread false or misleading information. It is against our group rules.

Anyone using a fake immigration stamp is breaking the law.

Legitimate agencies like ours process applications through the proper immigration channels, and any stamp you receive through us is issued directly by immigration.

Robert Harrington Their stamp is legit, process is legit, all legit. Why they are arresting legit people? you do still not understand Thailand and Thai people and their culture.. so that is why your ear is so thin.

I have non o retitement visa. Have bank account and more than 800k permanent fund. My wife is 68 yo. How much you will charge for dependent o visa for her?
James ******
James ******
@Haim ******
If wife is over 50 then she needs her own non-o retirement and own 800k. Also consulates also do not sell non o dependent anymore. Think you need a NonOA instead. I got my wife a non O dependent in Laos in 2017 and still extending it today---it is no longer offered there
Haim *******

James Kram you are wrong regarding Thailand. Al you need is notarized marriage certificate and to sync your visa extension date with wife’s new o dependent visa. I will do it by myself when we are back in Thailand.

Present it to immigration as you must have a Thai bank account to apply for your in-country yearly retirement visa extension.

What do you do with my bank book?

OP
@Danny ******
We only need passport, and bank book, and two photos (we can print).

Normal service time is usually 3 days, but if you need urgently you can speak with our team.

When completed you receive your passport with the yearly extension, 90 day report, immigration receipts, any any supporting documents we required.
