I applied in Jakarta, it took 3 working days only!
Submitted all the documents on 17th July (Morning) and got the approval on 21st July (Morning).
I did it with the soft power Muay Thai class.
For the occupation section, my muay thai school said to fill it unemployed. But i submitted already with student and income under 20,000 baht / year. And still got approved! If you need any questions, i would love to help and answer it!
Ill be returning to Thailand by tomorrow π«ΆπΎ
Good luck all! π

TLDR : Answer Summary
A user shared their experience obtaining a Thai visa from Jakarta in just three days while enrolling in a Muay Thai class. They submitted their application as a student with an income reported under 20,000 baht per year, contrary to advice from their Muay Thai school to list themselves as unemployed. Several commenters responded with questions about income sources and discussed requirements for traveling to Thailand, including carrying proof of the visa.
Is the invitation latter from the gym? or it's from the boxing committee?

Student but where are you getting your income? Whatβs the source they ask?

PRINT OUT THE EMAIL THAT HAS YOUR DTV VISA.
That's what you should do... print it out.
You may have to show PROOF of your DTV Visa to airline staff on check-in for your flight βοΈ to Thailand...even to the connecting airline staff. Or to the land border crossing entry Thai Immigration Officer.
Upon arrival into Thailand, show the DTV visa to the Thai Immigration Officer and look at the STAMP placed in your passport to be sure you are STAMPED in for 180 days.
