TLDR : Answer Summary
A foreign tenant must register their address within 24 hours of arriving in Thailand. If your foreign client wishes to rent your condo in Nong Khai but does not want to register there, it is important to consider the immigration implications. The Thai partner can register the address in her name, but you should verify how this affects the foreigner's immigration status, as living together could create complications without proper registration.
