This group has been very helpful to me and I appreciate it! New question... I'm set with the plans for getting a new SETV in Vientiane, and I'll be here for a total of six months. My wife will be joining me this week for two months and has a METV. Does she have to formally let the condo office where I'm renting a place know that she is here and do they have to register her with immagration? She is planning on writing our address on the immigration forms at the airport. With the language barrier, the condo office is not easy to navigate, nor skilled with administration.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The poster inquired whether their wife, who holds a METV and will be staying for two months, needs to inform the condo office of her presence and if she needs to register with immigration upon arrival in Thailand. Responses suggested checking with the condo office about registration rules, as requirements may vary by location, with some areas not enforcing registration for short stays. The poster confirmed they would inform the condo office about her two-month stay.
I guess your condo office would be interested who is living in the condoś, so talk with them. Registration at Immigration is depending on your area and if she has to visit Immigration during her stay for any paper work.
The condo is in Bangkok? If so, I don't think you need to do anything with regards to immigration. Chaengwattana, at least, don't care about the TM30 business.
