Do I need to report my condo address to local immigration if I have a non-B visa and leave Thailand frequently?

I have a non B 1 year multiple entry visa with a work permit (of my own company)

I have to leave Thailand every 30-45 days for a week or 10 days due to my work schedule and I come back here. I will never have to stay 90 days at a stretch at thailand.

My question is do I still have to report my condo address to local immigration within 24 hours of my arrival, or the address I am providing to the immigration airport authorities is enough.

Thanks for your replies.

TLDR : Answer Summary
If you hold a non-B 1-year multiple entry visa and a work permit for your own company, it's important to clarify if you need to report your local address to immigration in Thailand. Since you often leave the country every 30-45 days, the core of your query is whether the address provided at the airport suffices or if further reporting is needed. Typically, expats are expected to report their residence within 24 hours of arrival, but the enforcement of this rule may vary by local immigration office. Therefore, it's advised to inquire directly at your local immigration office for specific requirements.

Depending on enforcement of this rule at your local Immigration office. We do not have a list of all Immigration Offices inside Thailand. Best is to make a visit and ask them.

Thanks for your reply Robert and Gavin. I was worried about that 😊

You won't get fined at airports for not report your address, these fines are only given when you apply at Immigration Office for Extension of Stay, Certificate of residence or any other document you need from Immigration and you did not correctly report your address there.

I haven’t done it last time I was here , arrived in late August, flying out later this week, and will be back late October again. Any problem or fines I have to pay while flying out ?

The TM30 form you can download from the files section on this page, it takes 2 pages to print. Signed copies of front and back Id and housebook landlord. Id page, visa page, Admitted Until stamp and TM 6 departure card.

As I am new to this , can you also kindly let me know what exactly I need to submit to authorities? Is it the rental contract, copy of passport, visa and stamp page and TM 30 form? And where do I get this form? From the office?
