I'm arriving in Thailand from the USA on July 14th. Can I still get a visa on arrival and has the length of stay changed?

TLDR : Answer Summary
American citizens cannot obtain a visa on arrival in Thailand; they can enter visa exempt for 30 days. Current regulations specify that visa on arrival is only applicable for certain nationalities and allows for a stay of up to 15 days. Additionally, an option for a 60-day visa can be sought from the embassy, which can be extended for another 30 days, or alternatively, travelers can perform a visa run to a nearby country.

You can ask embassy for 60 day's visa and extended it 30 more days and do a visa run

Or just fly out to other near by country a ask long visa again

American citizens don’t get visa on arrival. They can enter visa exempt for 30 days. Semantics but VOA is only for 15 days.

You can extend a visa exempt once for 30 days.
