What are the entry requirements for Filipino and Iranian passport holders entering Thailand with visas on arrival?
Hello, Can anyone here please explain to me what are the requirements on entering Thailand with visa on arrival nowadays for holders of Filipino passport and also Iranian passport? And how many days they will get to stay here? Thank you.
Answer summary
Filipino passport holders can enter Thailand without a visa via a visa exempt entry stamp valid for 45 days from October 1st to March 31st. Iranian passport holders must obtain a visa from a Thai consulate before arrival and are not eligible for visa exemption or visa on arrival. Travelers may be required to show proof of funds, onward travel, and lodging.

okay, I think the O/P has their answer, we're done with what airlines require what to fly here, because those are NOT thai VISA questions. Contact your air carriers people

Filipinos don't get a visa on arrival 😮 they get in without ANY visa on what's called a visa exempt entry stamp.
From Oct 1st to Mar 31st the visa exempt entry stamp went from 30 to 45 days
Iranians need to BUY a visa from a thai consulate before they come here,
They cannot get in on the visa exempt/visa waiver OR the Visa On Arrival program
Anyone entering thailand can be asked to show
proof of funds (20K baht or the equivalent in CASH)
proof of onward travel in the number of day you're stamping in for
proof of lodging.
