So, anyone know what is required now as insurance to get into Thailand. I have never had it before of the many years going. Looking into it the prices are as high and higher than my $1000 dollar ticket! Suggestions please. I am old - 74 which seems to be a problem even when in excellent health and no meds.
Would appreciate advice please!
Thanks
TLDR : Answer Summary
Travelers to Thailand, especially seniors, are often concerned about insurance requirements. Currently, if you are not entering with an OA visa, there are no specific insurance requirements to enter Thailand, but having travel insurance is advised for peace of mind. If planning to retire, consider looking into insurance options as they may be costly due to age, with various companies offering different coverage terms.
