Just got a multiple re-entry permit at Suvanabuhmi. If you have filled in the TM8 form with attached photograph, the 200thb fee is not needed. I payed 3800thb.

I was under the impression you had to do the service fee anyway, but that is not the case (anymore) here.

Yes. I had the tm8 filled in and 1 photo attached. The whole re-entry permit process took me less than 10 minutes today around 10am.
