Can I qualify for a DTV Visa as a remote worker with no income yet from my websites?
Hey y’all. I want to get a DTV Visa (remote worker route?) and just started building websites on the side recently in the past few months, the websites are live but not earning any money yet. Is that considered a portfolio and sufficient proof?
I have more than 500k baht in savings and my current day job is a web dev, but planning to leave it because they don’t allow remote work.
Also planning to open a company next month and transfer ownership of my websites to that company. And planned travel date to Thailand is first week of May.
Do you think it’s possible to get remote worker route? Or should I go for soft power?
Any advice is greatly appreciated 🙏🏼

The user is seeking advice on whether they can obtain a DTV Visa as a remote worker, given their new websites that aren't yet generating income, alongside a savings amount of 500k baht and a planned business setup. They have been advised that they likely qualify for the remote worker category, as there is no minimum income requirement. They should prepare to submit a portfolio including business outlines, website links, CV, and references.
