Get any reliable ride to the Kanchanaburi border. Stamp out of Thailand. Walk up to the next office window pay the fee and give the girl in the window your passport and she will fill out the form for you and provide a ride out and back. The driver will get you stamped in and out of Myanmar and drive you back. Youtube has good video on it.
