TLDR : Answer Summary
In response to a query about good travel insurance companies, various suggestions were made, emphasizing the importance of considering the context of travel (short-term vs. long-term). Notable recommendations included Allianz, SafetyWing, and Pacific Cross, among others. Comments highlighted that insurance needs can vary based on nationality, duration of stay, and specific coverage requirements, suggesting that consulting local services like ExpatInsure or Insurance for All Expats may also be beneficial.

If you are going to be in Thailand short term travel insurance will work fine , but for anything longer I would suggest to get a normal health insurance policy . The guys at

Barb Macy Insurance can only be calculated on many different factors, ie, age, health, length of stay, levels of cover. So, much more information is needed to give the OP a valid answer to their question. Hope that helps 🙏
