he did, but they didnāt bring him to the hospital as he needed. If heās only looking for help one hour a day now, Iām guessing heās not going to the hospital. He just needs care in his home, although one hour per day sounds insufficient. Anyway, I donāt know why people in Thai forums have to be such Aholes. Theyāre so immature and lack basic decency. He needs a Chiang Mai forum though. Theyāll know the local people.

Just contact any pharmacy or clinic. They will refer. Or, Google caregiver Chiang Rai. If it's medical, then you should go to local hospital or call them, such as Chiang Rai Ram Hospital and get 3 referrals. Easy.
